In 11 years and 16 series of their enduringly popular Channel 4 programme Location, Location, Location, they have helped hundreds of Britons find their dream homes. Working as a team – Allsopp the jolly big sister and Phil the wry pragmatist – they have seen off everything the property market can throw at them.
Until now, however, the only way to engage their services has been to appear on their programme and have them find a property for you in full view of the cameras.
But thanks to the launch of their new iPhone and iPad app, you can add an extra Allsopp-Spencer oomph to your operations without doing it in public.
“People are always saying 'I wish I could take you two with me,’ ” says Kirstie, as she demonstrates to us, over her dining table, exactly how the app works.
